The second way to use this brush is to create a liner on the upper and/or lower lash line by stamping a darker shadow color using the top edge of the brush to create a smoky liner effect. By stamping the top edge of the bristles against the lash line, this brush creates a defined smoky liner effect without the hassle and it is super quick to do!
